• UE 2016/679 Regulation of the European Parliament and of the board of April 27th, 2016 regarding people protection in regards to the treatment of personal data, as well as to the free circulation of these data and which repeals the 95/46 CE directive (General Regulation on Data Protection).

THE OWNER OF DATA TREATMENT AND THE PLACE OF TREATMENT
After analysing the website, personal data referring to identified or identifiable people can be treated. Arturo Salice S.p.A. uses social media, for particular services and purposes, in order to make communication with customers more participative. These channels complement its existing communication tools, such as the official web site of the company.

Our participation in social media has the following purposes:
• to inform users about newly developed product;
• to interact with users through posts, comments on posts, replies to requests, questions, criticisms and suggestions.

Arturo Salice S.p.A. uses its own content or material to which the company has acquired the rights including images, photos and videos, etc.

The administration of the institutional accounts is the responsibility of Arturo Salice S.p.A. represented by Mr. Massimo Salice, who delegates in writing a business representative for the operations management. The accounts management is usually done on a daily basis, on weekdays.
